About
Not fitting in
turned out to be my greatest gift.
25 years of seeing what others miss and building careers, companies, and products around it.
THE ORIGIN
For as long as I can remember, I've seen things from a different angle.
My parents named me Keather. A name that exists nowhere in any baby book, that nobody can spell on the first try. It has been mispronounced by every teacher I ever had. It was an early signal that fitting in was not going to be my thing.

While others saw products, I saw the humans using them. While others saw companies, I saw the people running them and the patterns quietly running the people. While others optimized for what worked, I kept asking what was possible.

That lens has taken me from co-founding a digital health startup accepted into Stanford Medicine X and Boston Children's Hospital, to shaping ad strategy at Twitter, to leading product partnerships with Apple, Samsung, Google, and Amazon at ADT, to running a design agency for seventeen years serving companies from Cisco and eBay to UNICEF and Wells Fargo.

The thread through all of it is the same: I see the whole picture when most people are looking at a piece of it. The human inside the user. The wound inside the leader. The strategy inside the design problem.
That whole-picture thinking is not a service I offer. It's who I am. Everything else is just different rooms in the same house.

BEYOND THE FRACTIONAL WORK
Meridiem
I co-founded Meridiem with my partner Lisa. We are a transformational group coaching company founded on the belief that ordinary and extraordinary are not personality types, but rather choices. Our flagship program, The 40, has changed how leaders see themselves and how they lead.
CO-FOUNDER
FORTHCOMING BOOK
Kids in the Boardroom
A book about the one thing nobody says out loud in corporate America: the unexamined wounds that leaders carry from childhood are quietly running their companies. The micromanager who was never trusted. The people-pleaser who learned that approval meant safety. I've been in those boardrooms. I wrote the book.
